How do I correct incorrect registration information?  Incorrect information can be updated by emailing events@wowtrail.com.

Are dogs allowed on the race/walk courses?  We love dogs but for the safety of all participants they are not allowed in the race/walk.

Will there be restroom facilities?  Portables will be available in the Opechee Park parking lot.

Are strollers allowed?  Yes although we do request that you start at the back of the pack as strollers can be a tripping hazard.

Are runners allowed to wear headphones?  For your safety we recommend that you run without headphones.

Where do I pick up my event shirt?  Event shirts (for those registered by 9/29) will be available when you pick up your bib either the night before the race (4:30-6:00pm) or the morning of (7:30-8:45am).

Will I be able to change my shirt size?  Shirts are ordered only for those participants that registered by September 29th.  There will be no extras for exchange.  Please note that the Ladies shirts are fitted and we recommend ordering up one size.

Will there be water provided on the course?  There are 3 water stations.  #1 at approximately 1.3m on Old N Main Street (5K/10K), #2 at approximately 3.2m in front of the Elm Street School (10K) and #3 at approximately 5m on the WOW Trail (10K).
